TalentEmu lists home-based part-time roles and passes applications to the businesses that offer them; the business, not TalentEmu, is the employer. TalentEmu receives two kinds. First, what you enter in the TalentEmu application: your name, mobile number, email address, the role you chose and anything extra you add, with required fields clearly marked. Second, the WhatsApp message you send the TalentEmu HR team, which shows your WhatsApp display name, your number and whatever you wrote. If you email TalentEmu, we also receive your email address and message.
Yes, the usual details every site receives: IP address, browser and device, which page of talent-emu.com you asked for, where you came from and when. The TalentEmu hosting provider keeps these to operate and protect talent-emu.com, and TalentEmu does not link them to applications.
Required fields are needed so TalentEmu can reach you and forward your application. Leaving an optional field blank has no effect on how TalentEmu treats your application.
Do not share passwords, SMS verification codes, card or bank account numbers, tax file numbers or images of ID with TalentEmu. TalentEmu has no use for them, will not request them and removes them if they are sent anyway.
TalentEmu uses your details to respond to you, share role information, forward your application to the relevant employer, answer your questions, keep a record of what was discussed, deal with complaints or misuse and meet legal obligations.
TalentEmu does not sell, rent or trade personal information and does not use applications for marketing. Should another role seem a better fit, TalentEmu will ask your permission before your details go anywhere for it.

talent-emu.com is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which also forwards emails addressed to TalentEmu. TalentEmu loads its lettering from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google for those files. Messages with TalentEmu HR travel through WhatsApp, a Meta service. Those companies act under their own privacy rules, not only under TalentEmu's. TalentEmu will list any new provider here, for example a form builder or ad tag, before switching it on.
TalentEmu shares it with authorities only if a law requires it, or permits it and it is reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect a person's rights.
After the form, you complete your application by sending TalentEmu HR one WhatsApp message. The button opens WhatsApp with a message already written and addressed to the TalentEmu HR number, which you will see at the top of the chat. The TalentEmu message waits for you: read it, then press Send when you are ready. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@talent-emu.com and TalentEmu will help another way.
TalentEmu does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. The TalentEmu hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter out bots. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and talent-emu.com will still work.
Not at present at TalentEmu. As of the date above, talent-emu.com has no advertising tags, remarketing or analytics installed. If that changes, TalentEmu will first update this section with the provider's name, what it receives and your choices. Names, phone numbers and emails are never put into TalentEmu tracking events or links.
Some of TalentEmu's providers, such as Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp, process data outside Australia, including in the United States. TalentEmu applies the Australian Privacy Principles to these disclosures, and you can ask careers@talent-emu.com for more information.
Up to twelve months after our last real conversation about a role, after which TalentEmu deletes it. TalentEmu deletes sooner if you ask, and keeps it longer only when the law or an unresolved dispute requires. The technical logs for talent-emu.com usually disappear within 30 days.
Traffic to talent-emu.com is encrypted with HTTPS and application details are limited to the TalentEmu staff who process them. If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, TalentEmu will tell you as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Employers you were introduced to, and WhatsApp itself, may hold their own records outside TalentEmu's control. TalentEmu can point you to the right place to ask them.
You may ask TalentEmu at careers@talent-emu.com for a copy of your information, a correction, deletion or withdrawal of your application. TalentEmu may need to confirm who you are, will try to respond within 30 days and will give reasons if a request is refused. If TalentEmu has already introduced you to an employer, that introduction cannot be reversed.
Send TalentEmu the new details and we will correct your record.
No, TalentEmu does not. A person at TalentEmu reads every application, and the employer decides who is hired.
talent-emu.com is for adults looking for work. If TalentEmu finds a child's information, it is deleted.
Email careers@talent-emu.com and describe what happened. TalentEmu will investigate and reply in writing. If you are unhappy with the outcome, reply and someone at TalentEmu who was not involved will review it from the start.
Knowing the role lets TalentEmu send you the right training link and pass your application to the correct employer. If you are unsure, you can say so in your WhatsApp message and TalentEmu HR will explain the options before anything is shared. You can change your choice at any time before an introduction is made, simply by messaging HR or emailing careers@talent-emu.com.
The chat with TalentEmu HR is stored so the team has context when you follow up. Only staff dealing with applications can read it, and TalentEmu will delete its copy on request. A copy of your TalentEmu chat stays on your phone, and WhatsApp looks after its records under its own rules. TalentEmu does not pass WhatsApp conversations to advertisers or data brokers.
Yes, it does at TalentEmu. You can stop your application with TalentEmu whenever you like by messaging HR or emailing careers@talent-emu.com. TalentEmu will stop contacting you about roles, will not introduce you to any further employers and will delete your details in line with the retention section, unless the law requires TalentEmu to keep a record for longer.
TalentEmu relies on the details you give, so please check them before you submit. If HR notices something that looks wrong, such as a mistyped number, TalentEmu will ask you to confirm it on WhatsApp rather than guess. You can correct your details at any time by messaging HR or writing to careers@talent-emu.com.
It may, and TalentEmu will say so. Updates are posted here with a new date, and if they affect information TalentEmu already holds, you will be told first where the law requires.
