A recruitment advertising and introduction service run from Stanthorpe, Queensland. TalentEmu publishes home-based roles for employers and passes on applications. TalentEmu does not employ, schedule, supervise or pay applicants.
TalentEmu is funded by employers who pay for advertising and introductions. Applying through TalentEmu and doing the training cost applicants nothing, and nobody is asked for a deposit.
TalentEmu contacts each employer directly before a role is listed, and makes sure the listing matches what the employer has said.
TalentEmu is not an auditor or regulator. Once someone is engaged, TalentEmu does not inspect the workplace, check the employer's finances or supervise the work.
No, not at TalentEmu. TalentEmu does not promise employment, a set income, hours or payment timing. Settle those points in writing with the employer before your first day with a TalentEmu role.
TalentEmu gets them directly from employers. TalentEmu does not copy roles from other websites or post roles only to collect contact details.
Requests for payment, SMS codes, banking logins or money transfers do not come from TalentEmu. Treat them as impersonation and report them to careers@talent-emu.com.
TalentEmu HR reads it and shares it only with the employer for the role you chose. Your details are not sold by TalentEmu and are not used to market anything to you. Every service involved is listed in the TalentEmu Privacy Policy.
TalentEmu's ads should match talent-emu.com. Send TalentEmu the ad and it will investigate and correct whichever is wrong.
Employers listing with TalentEmu agree to describe roles accurately, update TalentEmu quickly when roles fill, provide written terms before work begins and pay their workers themselves. TalentEmu removes any employer that asks applicants for money.
No, TalentEmu does not. Any training linked to a TalentEmu role is free to applicants and is meant only to explain how the work is done. TalentEmu will never sell courses, starter kits or materials as a condition of applying, and an employer that tries to do so is removed from talent-emu.com.
TalentEmu describes roles as flexible and suitable for a phone based on what employers report. The employer sets the real arrangements; if those differ from what talent-emu.com says, let TalentEmu know at careers@talent-emu.com and the listing will be fixed.
Only the information needed to process an application is collected by TalentEmu, it is shared solely with the relevant employer and it is never sold. The TalentEmu Privacy Policy sets out the details and your rights to access or remove it.
Most TalentEmu applicants find WhatsApp the quickest way to ask questions and get role details. The message is always sent by you, and TalentEmu never messages people who have not contacted it first. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, TalentEmu can handle your application by email at careers@talent-emu.com.
TalentEmu reviews this statement whenever its services, providers or advertising change, and at least once a year. The date at the top shows the latest version, and earlier versions are available from TalentEmu on request at careers@talent-emu.com.
Send the details, and a screenshot if possible, to careers@talent-emu.com. TalentEmu handles reports about listings, ads and impersonation through that address, replies in writing and keeps reports confidential.
TalentEmu looks into every report. Where a listing is inaccurate, TalentEmu removes it, pauses related advertising, contacts the employer and lets you know the result.
